Report: New Star Wars Trilogy On The Way
Deadline.com is reporting a new Star Wars trilogy that does not follow the Skywalker Saga in the works. The films will be written by Simon Kinberg who is no stranger to the franchise as he worked on both Star Wars Rebels & Star Wars: The Force Awakens. Kinberg will also produce the trio of movies along with Lucasfilm President, Kathleen Kennedy.
No further details have been provided and Disney & Lucasfilm have not confirmed or denied the report yet. We'll have more as it develops.
