Rumor: Disney Planning Marvel And Star Wars Television Channels

Screencrush reports that during a recent conference call with investors, Disney CEO Bob Iger conveyed the possibility of Marvel and or Star Wars themed TV channels in the future.

We have said that with these channels and these brands — ESPN, ABC, Disney, maybe even down the road something related to Star Wars and Marvel — we do have an ability as a company to take product, specifically filmed entertainment, television, movies, directly to consumers.

I think this would work, there's plenty of Star Wars out there!
