Solo: A Star Wars Story Tickets On Sale Tonight!
Tickets for Disney/Lucasfilm’s Solo: A Star Wars Story are going on sale tonight at 9:00 PM PST, midnight on the East Coast, which will make it technically May 4th, “Star Wars Day”. This announcement was expected to coincide with the unofficial Star Wars holiday as Lucasfilm and Disney have took to using this day as a means to drop major news items.
Similar to Rogue One, this gives fans three weeks to purchase tickets for what should be a good opening for the second Star Wars standalone feature. In recent news, analysts are predicting a high-end opening of $170 million for the four-day Memorial Day weekend. That will easily make it the highest domestic launch of all time over the Memorial weekend, passing Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End by more than $30 million. That's good news for the Ron Howard directed feature which saw more than its fair share of troubles during production.
Can't wait for this one!
