Mark Hamill Makes The Case For Carrie Fisher

Mark Hamill has taken to social media again, this time to push for the late Carrie Fisher to receive her well deserved star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Hamill received his star back in March and immediately fans were asking when it was Carrie's turn to receive the mostly symbolic award.

On Twitter, Hamill posted this tweet...

Carrie WILL get her well-deserved Star on the Walk of Fame, it's only a matter of when. The rule is a 5-year wait when awarded posthumously. A letter to the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce wouldn't hurt, urging them to time it to the release of #EpIX⭐️#AlwaysWithUs pic.twitter.com/CVMX1csDwJ

Whether the chamber can be swayed or not is anybody's guess but there's no doubt Carrie is deserving and I'm sure it really is just a matter of time. A part of me can't help but think that Carrie doesn't care and is giving Hollywood a giant middle finger right now!
