Sue Rostoni has been active on the SW.com boards as of late and there are a few bits of info (in no particular order) that fellow EU readers may find interesting.
First, Rostoni confirmed that while the Zekk centered story of Blood Oath has been cancelled, there are plans for the character to return in the Fate of the Jedi series. When asked when this will be, Sue responded, "Very soon."
Those of you enjoying the Fate of the Jedi series and who are curious as to time-frame specifics, may find Sue's response interesting:
"I don't know that we've determined yet when ALLIES takes place, but I suppose it could be roughly a half-year past BACKLASH."
When asked about the future of The Clone Wars: Secret Missions series, Sue had this to say...
"There will be at least two more (following The Curse of the Black Hole Pirates). I have no info on pub dates, covers, etc....."
So what about the future of extended multi-novel series? Last week Sue Rostoni stated the following:
"Right -- the contract with Del Rey ends in 2013.
Honestly, we're not presently looking at another long series -- more stand-alones, duologies, and trilogies. At least that's where we're headed today."
She went on to clarify, in response to a question, that this doesn't necessarily mean less books in the future.
Hope these tidbits help more than they confuse. As always, more as we hear it!
Rebelscum Breast Cancer Awareness Charity Patch Posted By Philip on November 25, 2014: Thanks to everybody that ordered patches. I sent a check for $1,600.00 to the National Breast Cancer Foundation on Monday. While it's not as much as I hoped for, it's still very much appreciated. They will remain for sale in the store for anybody that still wishes to purchase them. Details after the jump.
