Our friend Yatin sends word of a Star Wars Night coming to Oakland...

"The Oakland Athletics Baseball team invites you to enjoy STAR WARS? Fireworks night on Friday, September 14th. Members of the 501st Golden Gate Garrison group are attending and we are hoping you could mention our special event to your theforce.net group as well. This is a great opportunity for Star Wars enthusiasts as the special ticket package includes: Special Field Level tickets in the STAR WARS section, visits from STAR WARS characters, the chance to sit on the field for the post game STAR WARS Fireworks Show, and a limited edition A's and STAR WARS themed T-shirt featuring Yoda. For each ticket package sold, $1 will be donated to Stand Up To Cancer. The package can be purchased by going to www.oaklandathletics.com/starwars.
