This blurb came across the JC boards tonight in reference to a possible new actor in Episode III. Here's the rumor:

This was posted on another board for another fandom (Farscape). Apparently, one of the main actors from this show has been cast in Episode III.

"There's an interview with Wayne Pygram in the recent Starlog. In it, they mention that he's going to be in Star Wars Episode III. He can't really talk about it but he did say that he's playing (spoiler) a character from the first film of the original trilogy. My money is on Tarkin. I don't know about everyone else, but that sounds awesome."
