Battle of Yavin
TFN is extremely pleased to bring you this freeware 3D Space Combat Sim based on the climatic battle in A New Hope against the First Death Star. Battle of Yavin, made by Bruno R. Marcos (e-mail), puts you in the seat on an X-Wing and lets you fly with your squadmates against waves of TIE Fighters and Star Destroyers, before letting you loose on the Death Star. Unfortunetly, it lets the Death Star loose on you as well as you fight to destroy Radar Domes, Deflector Sheilds, Turbolasers and still fight off TIE Fighters and Star Destroyers before making your epic run on the Thermal Exhaust Port. The sequel to the popular Battle of Endor, this game keeps the enjoyable controls and experience while giving you a new storyline and new arenas to battle in, as well as new objectives. Be sure to download and play the game right away!
