Since the very first trailer for Star Wars: The Force Unleashed, a lot of Star Wars video gamers have been clamoring for a TV show or movie based on the game's stories and setting. I've even heard people ask for the Secret Apprentice or Juno Eclipse to appear somehow in The Clone Wars.
Well, their prayers aren't exactly being answered (yet), but they will find encouragement in a recent statement from LucasArts producer Haden Blackman. Speaking to ComputerandVideoGames.com, Blackman expressed his interest in seeing the game (and soon its sequel) integrated into other visual platforms for Star Wars entertainment.
"I hope so, we're already seeing it reach out into publishing with comic books and novels that are taking into account stories we've created and characters we've created," he told CVG. "Hopefully some day we see these characters on big or little screen."
Of course, Blackman's wishes can't singularly set such plans in motion, but as the project lead for the two games, he'd certainly have a hand in that kind of project if it ever got off the ground.
Rebelscum Breast Cancer Awareness Charity Patch Posted By Philip on November 25, 2014: Thanks to everybody that ordered patches. I sent a check for $1,600.00 to the National Breast Cancer Foundation on Monday. While it's not as much as I hoped for, it's still very much appreciated. They will remain for sale in the store for anybody that still wishes to purchase them. Details after the jump.
