3PO accidentally starts a war between the Ewoks and Lahsbees by reporting seeing Princess Kamida, Tippet's lover, with a Lahsbee. As Luke and Han relax near a tree, Leia, Ackbar, Lando, Chewie, and Hirog, a Hiromi, try to keep peace, but the Ewoks are angry and stubborn. Ackbar and Hirog urge Alliance members to stay neutral, while the others console 3PO. Hirog contacts the Hiromi mother ship to report his plan to frame the couple and start a war a success; others will soon take sides and the Alliance will weaken enough to conquer. To bring both sides together, Luke asks them to join his lightsaber practice. Wicket and other Ewoks refuse; the Lahsbees accept, but run in fear upon seeing the 'saber. Han can't picture Lahsbees fighting, but Chewie tells him about Huhks. Dani teases Leia about the Kabray incident, having been there to see it. Luke begs the Lahsbees to try again, but the Ewoks, angry at his attention to them, throw rocks at the group. Luke deflects them with the Force, knocking Hirog unconscious as he build a bomb in the bushes; his silly, insectoid people plan to blame the Lahsbees and Ewoks for the bomb. As Ackbar searches for Hirog, the droids stroll past his hiding spot but do not see the bomb. Ackbar sees Dani cuddling a Lahsbee and tells her to stop, in case it's near puberty-age. Convinced the Rebels are siding with the Lahsbees, the Ewoks vow revenge, so Lando avoids war by having Tippet and the Lahsbee fight one-on-one. Seeing the inequity of the fight, Han gives the Lahsbee a gun, but he gets over-excited and shoots everything in sight. As the crowd takes cover, Hirog finishes his bomb, but a shot destroys the timer. Ewoks attack the Lahsbee en masse, but he turns into a Huhk. Other Lahsbees grab Han's gun and shoot the Huhk alongside the Ewoks. Hirog runs out of hiding, frantically screaming that his bomb will kill them all. Seeing the Huhk, he panics and runs back to the bushes. The Huhk throws a rock at him, crushing the bomb, then gives chase. The Hiromi, hearing his screams, cancel the invasion and leave in haste, and the Ewoks and Lahsbees end their war and agree to catch the Huhk together. Peace reigns once again on Endor's Sanctuary Moon.
