In his bar on Keyorin, Drebble vows revenge on Lando. Bossk and IG-88 now work for him, as do two Stenaxes. In Bright Tree Village, Lando, Han, and Chewie teach Ewoks to gamble, but when Lando wins, Chewie calls him a cheat and storms off. Chewie misses his family but won feels bound to help out here. Wedge calls them to the Big Clearing, here Mon Mothma and Ackbar address 3PO and others on the need for all worlds' involvement in the new government. Luke and Leia are inviting others to take part, but more are needed to do the same. When Ackbar declares the unknown "Captain Drebble" a hero for his actions at Gamandar and Arcan IV, Lando is shocked but hold his tongue. Han volunteers himself and Chewie for a mission to Keyorin, near Kashyyyk, and Lando joins them with the Cobra so Chewie can have an extended stay with his family. On Keyorin, "Hunter's World," they meet with the Boss, the horned humanoid local leader. He thinks they're exacting protection money, but Han convinces him others will grab his share if he doesn't join. Keyorin is a refuge for bounty hunters, for all is legal as long as the Boss gets his "cut." At a local pub, Bossk enters and Lando and Chewie hide. Han is angry to learn they sent several gangs and hunters after him in their effort to rescue him. Paying the bill, Lando sees Drebble, whose gang pulls weapons. The Rebels run, and Lemo and Sanda join the chase, but the Stenaxes stun them near the Falcon . Lemo wants Han and Chewie, while Drebble wants only Lando. Lemo hangs them from energy-binders to learn where the Dancing Goddess is, and when he vows revenge on "Captain Drebble," Han says Drebble betrayed them both and has the statue. Lando awakens on the Falcon about to leave for Drebble's homeworld, but when Drebble fiddles with the controls, a hologram of Mothma appears, reminding all personnel to find and reward "Captain Drebble." Honored, he acts heroic when Lemos's gang arrives to capture Lando (as Drebble). Chewie fakes death to fool the guard. Putting him in energy-binders, he and Han search for Lando. As the gangs face off at the Falcon , Lando forms a plan to escape alive; he and Drebble pretend to surrender, but the plan is ruined as Han and Chewie open fire. In battle, Lemo's gang sees the Stenaxes and surrenders. Befitting a hero, Drebble lets the Rebels go once Lando gives him his reward. To Lemo and Sanda's shock, Lando gives him the Dancing Goddess.
