Summary

Leaving Tatooine, the Falcon passes a shuttle bringing Orman Tagge aboard a Tagge Mining Explorer, which Luke recognizes as the one from Turbine Station. Aboard ship, Orman fumes that they didn't capture Luke, but Silas feels they were successful with the Omega Frost and that vendettas are below the House of Tagge. Orman tells Shanks to have Ulric meet them at Junction. Silas jokes that their sister would make a full reunion, but Orman angrily warns not to joke about her. R2 and 3PO monitor Shanks' message and the Falcon goes to Junction. En route, Chewie and R2 play twenty rounds of holo-chess, Chewie winning each one, while Luke practices with his 'saber. At Junction, they see Orman's ship docked near Ulric's Star Destroyer. Luke dons a spacesuit and joins Tagge employees transferring cargo from the Explorer to the Star Destroyer, in order to spy in them. He overhears plans to use the Omega Frost on Junction and tries to return to the Falcon, but is shot. When Han returns to Yavin IV to tell of Luke's capture, Leia is angry at both Han and Dodonna, but Han reminds her Junction needs help. In an asteroid corridor near Junction, Silas tests the Omega Frost while Orman taunts Luke to avenge Turbine Station. Conductor towers larger than those on Tatooine are mounted in the asteroid corridor to freeze Rebels as they cross the blockade. Luke grabs his lightsaber from Orman and runs, but rather than angry, Orman is pleased, as this was his plan. Telling security not to interfere, he hunts Luke to a docking bay, and before Luke can escape, he attacks. Luke is good at defense, but Orman is more skilled and nearly defeats him until Ben Kenobi mentally tells Luke to use the Force instead of fighting Orman's way. Luke lowers his blade, then when Orman swings, he parries and reverses. Orman turns out the lights, relying on his cyber-vision, and moves in for the kill, but Luke senses him, blocks his thrust, and cuts his visor in two, leaving him alive and beaten. As Luke steals a TIE Fighter and leaves, Orman is taken to sick-bay in shock. Shanks prepares to have Luke pursued, but Silas has already taken precautions by removing the TIE's weapons, communications, and fuel in case Orman's game failed. EnsViews Comic Review
