Star Wars: Scoundrels Early Excerpt

Del Rey's Star Wars Books Facebook page has posted an early excerpt from Star Wars: Scoundrels by Timothy Zahn. Check out the first paragraph below and then click through to read the rest.

One shot was all Falsta got. An instant later his blaster was pointed harmlessly at the ceiling, frozen in place by Chewbacca?s iron grip around both the weapon and the hand holding it.

Del Rey's Star Wars team is currently celebrating 30,000 likes on their Facebook page with a handful of book-related goodies. They also post mini-excerpts from upcoming novels on their page every Thursday. Star Wars: Scoundrels will be released on December 26th, 2012 from Del Rey Books.
