Ryder Windham & 501st Event In Providence

Dave of the Providence Community Library sent over notice of their tour stop on the DK "Attack of the Authors" East Coast Tour...

"Providence Community Library is proud to announce that DK Publishing's Star Wars "Attack of the Authors" East Coast Tour will be hitting Providence on Saturday, May 7th at 2:30pm at the Knight Memorial Library (275 Elmwood Avenue, Providence).

Come celebrate with world-renowned Providence based Star Wars author Ryder Windham, known as the "pre-eminent Star Wars editor". If you own books by Ryder, bring them along and he will be happy to sign them for you.

Also present will be the worldwide Star Wars fan club, the 501st Legion, attending in full costume. Shake hands with fully armored Imperial stormtroopers and other characters! This is the perfect opportunity for fans to wear their Star Wars costumes!

Giveaways, photo ops, and chances to win a Star Wars Mimobot flash drive, Her Universe Star Wars t-shirt, and other great prizes will abound!"
