Glimpses Of Star Wars Art: Visions

So here is what we know about Star Wars: Visions...well there's really not much to tell you yet. Starwars.com provides a glimpse at a couple pieces of artwork from Abrams Books and Donato Giancola that will be included in the book slated for a fall 2010 release. A book with various interesting takes on visions from the Star Wars universe by a number of talented artists? Sounds like as good a guess as any to me. We'll be sure to keep you posted.

UPDATE: New images online at Starwars.com for the mysterious project.

UPDATE #2: Starwars.com has posted a new image from the upcoming Star Wars: Visions titled "Clash on Kothlis" by David Pentland. Click here to check it out and get a refresher of previouly released images.

UPDATE #3: While we now have an official announcement and descriptions for Star Wars: Visions, that's no reason for the main site to stop providing sneak peaks. Today, Starwars.com provides us with a look at "Dawn of Maul" by Will Wilson.

UPDATE #4: Your latest glimpse of Star Wars: Visions at SW.com presents "Empire of Style" by Alex Ross.

UPDATE #5: Starwars.com is at it again, providing yet another glimpse from Star Wars: Visions. This time we're treated to "The Stuff That Dreams Are Made Of" by Peter Ferk.

UPDATE #6: Underwire at Wired.com has added a new post highlighting a number of the art pieces that will be featured in Star Wars Art: Visions when it's released in November. Also worth noting is that it looks like the word "Art" has been added to the title. (via NJOE.com)
