EU Roundtable Returns At Last!

Posted By Mike on September 14, 2005

Exactly one year after the publication of the last EU Roundtable (what's that, you newbies ask? Click here!), we've finally returned for Series 2.

Well, such as it is.

You see, this last year hasn't been a great one for computers and I. Add to that the obligatory real life responsibilities, and you end up with a Roundtable series consisting of only three chats, only one of which I ended up attending myself. Thinking it was but a matter of time until I got that fourth chat taken care of, I stuck the first three in a box and sat on them. Until around last June. Finally, I decided that I wasn't going anywhere with this on my willpower alone, so I recruited a few people to help.

Anyone who's been within a mile of the Jedi Council Literature Forums can tell you all about Paul Urquhart, aka Thrawn McEwok, but trust me when I say, the less you know, the better. What you do need to know is that he's ostensibly in charge of things now. I'm still hanging around in a supervisory position, and I'll be editing and posting the final products on here, of course, but coordinating the series and moderating the majority of the chats will fall on Paul's loquacious shoulders (can shoulders be loquacious?). He does have some lovely assistants, of course, and you'll find out more about them when Series 3 starts going live, but for now, I'm proud to at long last present the first Roundtable of Series 2. The topic? Revenge of the Sith and the EU! Follow this link (or the one at your left) to reach the Roundtable section, and beware of spoilers!

Oh, and don't forget to come back next week!
