Del Rey Facebook Chat With Shelly Shapiro

Expanded Universe junkies will be interested to know that they'll have the chance to ask Del Rey's editor-at-large about the future of Star Wars publishing during a Facebook chat this Thursday. The event, which was announced last Wednesday, will allow fans to ask Del Rey editor Shelly Shapiro about her work in the Star Wars book sphere. The live Facebook Q&A will start at 3:00pm Eastern on Thursday, May 19th, on the Star Wars Books Facebook page.

Shapiro, who was "one of the key architects" of the New Jedi Order book series, wrote about her job on Del Rey's Suvudu science-fiction blog back in December.
