The Rebel forces have found an Imperial conspiracy involving contaminated bacta, a deadly substance that can poison entire planets. In order to stop the Empire, the Rebels travel to Thyferra?where they are trapped by a squadron of stormtroopers! Your mission: to escape from Thyferra?before it?s too late.
May the Force be with you.

Adrick:
This is a fun little adventure set immediately after A New Hope. Windham does a decent if not complex job of writing the main characters of the original trilogy in the brief story sections that bookend the game in this book. I particularly liked the Emperor?s brief appearance, and his reaction to the Death Star?s destruction. This book also provides a little more information on the contaminated Death Star bacta, which is an interesting mystery. There?s also a nice gag involving two Rodian thugs and a vat of concentrated bacta.

Adrick:
This is nitpicky, but I find it a little unlikely that the Millennium Falcon could transport a Y-Wing the way it does in this book?attached to its underside. Why couldn?t one of the characters just fly it to Thyferra?

Unidentifiable sabacc player #1.
