Star Wars: Episode I -
Who's Who

Scott's Rating: 3.5 out of 4
This teeny tiny hardback book has photos and mini-biographies on 50 characters from Epiosde I. It measures 2.75" by 3.25", so I guess it's mean for little kid's hands.
Scott:
The highlights of this book are the photos and biographies of the Jedi Council and the Pod Racers. It shows each and every pod racer very clearly and gives detailed background on them (well, as much as you can get in 2 sentences or less). The photos are beautiful and fun to look at. It is especially good to get better looks at the Jedi Council.
Another highlight is the fact that this is about the only place you'll see a photo of Adrian Dunbar as Bail Antilles. Since he was totally cut from the film, nothing else is really known about him besides what is in this little book. That alone may make it worth you checking out.
Scott:
There's only one reason I gave this book 3.5 instead of 4. Its size. Yes, I know the size of the mini book is the novelty of it, but it also holds it back. You buy this book for the photos mainly. (After all, the commentary is limited.) To make the photos as small as they are here seems to take away from it. I just kept wishing they were a bit bigger. If this didn't have the unique photos it does, I'd probably say the Visual Dictionary is more for you since most everything is larger . But for now, it's a valuable source of info and photos, so it's worth picking up until a more detailed photo book comes along. $6 also seems a little steep considering you could buy a paperback novel for the same price and get more out of it.
Scott:
Pod Racer Elan Mak looks like a refugee from the X-Files! Kind of like that creature that lived in the toilets, eh?
