The reconstruction of Jar Jar

The Bothan spy wrote me a reaction on the following picture of 'Jar Jar' I made, and that featured the blue custom action figure of Jar Jar made by The Northlander: 
  

 
 

In his reaction, The Bothan Spy not only revealed what Jar-Jar looks like, but also describes the hilarious scene in which Obi-Wan encounters Jar-Jar for the first time! 

Here's what the Bothan Spy wrote: 

"What I wanted to say really was relating to your picture of Jar Jar Binks.  It's not very good!  Honestly, the closest thing I've seen to him is 'Croc' from the game of the same name."
On the left, you see a picture of 'Croc'!  
The Bothan Spy added:  
"Go here for some pictures of Croc/Jar Jar: http://www.argonaut.com/html/front.htm I'm not joking.  This IS him."
Will Jar-Jar be green, like Croc? The Force.net reported some time ago, that Jar Jar "will be a large, red, white and pink creature". 
However, when I asked the Bothan Spy if he could describe Jar Jar's body, he wrote: 
"As for his body, the actor only wore the rubber head (as a reference for CG) and arms so I cannot comment.  The arms were quite muscular, and... green!  And veiny."
I also asked The Bothan Spy if Jar-Jar had the three little beards that are rumored to be typical for the Gungan Race. He answered: 
"I didn't see any beards!"
The kiss! 
 
The Bothan Spy continued his letter, and referred to his report that was previously published by Harry Knowles, which said:  
"Jar Jar is allegedly a central character who looks like a lizard. He's quite funky, and befriends OB1 in a swamp on another planet under circumstances still unknown. This swamp sequence was filmed 2 weeks ago at Whippendell Woods near Leavesden. There was, however, no swamp in the woods. The "Imperial Droid" believes it will be put in later! Shock!! During this swamp sequence, OB1 discovers a submerged temple which looks like an Indian woman's face. I.e. the temple is shaped like a person. He then escapes with the others from something that I honestly don't know the circumstances of."
The Bothan Spy has some additional information about this scene: 
"Something I didn't mention in my report of the swamp sequence on Harry's site (where he calls me Imperial Droid for some reason) is that Jar Jar *kisses* OB1 on the lips when they first meet!!!!!!!!  You've got to add this scene.  OB1 is walking around up to his hips in swamp, then Jar Jar jumps out of nowhere in front of him. They 'talk', and Jar Jar seems to take a 'fancy' to OB1 and gives him a huge kiss.  Jar Jar's lips elongate like a flute (like Sy Snootles!) and meet with OB1's.  OB1 then shows a look of complete disgust and pushes Jar Jar off!!!"
