Japanese Covers

The books are often split in two parts, due to the size required by Japanese ideograms. I "joined" most of those covers into a single one (they're designed so, but I wasn't able to find the original artwork). Unfortunately, some of the scans are very poor, but it's hard to find good scans of those covers online.
