Over in the ForceCast forums, friend of TFN and faithful ForceCast listener Sheldon had this to say about an event he attended on October 10th:

A friend of mine hosted Walter Murch [...] in Toronto while he introduced a digital presentation of Apocalypse Now and then [...] gave a presentation. There was a Q&A and someone asked him about directing.

Then....

He said he was in the middle of directing an episode of Clone Wars!!

Me and one other guy spontaneously broke into applause LOL! I personally think this is awesome news of George and his old buddy reuniting on a project!

I later asked him how he liked working with Dave and he showed the usual enthusiasm.

Walter Murch is an editor and sound designer who worked on George Lucas' THX 1138 and American Graffiti, as well as The Godfather and other films.
