Bonnie Burton Chats With Tom Kenny

Posted By Mike on March 20, 2010

SpongeBob's Tom Kenny chats with Bonnie Burton at Starwars.com in regards to his latest vocal entry into the TCW universe. Check out the intro below and then make sure to click here for the full interview.

"Voice actor and comedian Tom Kenny may be solving mysteries as Lieutenant Tan Divo in The Clone Wars episode "The Senate Murders," but this isn't his first trip to the Star Wars universe. Kenny also voiced Rodian aide Silood, the ruthless Nute Gunray, and Mon Calamari Jedi Nahdar Vebb in The Clone Wars, as well as Biggs Darklighter in Star Wars: Rogue Squadron II: Rogue Leader and Star Wars: Rogue Squadron III: Rebel Strike video games.

Kenny is most well-known for voicing SpongeBob SquarePants, but fans might also recognize his voice from roles on such shows as Rocko's Modern Life, The Powerpuff Girls, Transformers Animated, Super Robot Monkey Team Hyper Force GO! and Sit Down, Shut Up. He also voiced Skids and Wheelie in the 2009 live-action Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen.

StarWars.com chats with Kenny about voicing Lieutenant Tan Divo and why Gary the snail would make a good astromech."
