Bureau of Patriotic Defense
this governmental agency was formed on the planet Troxar during the Clone Wars, and was ostensibly neutral. However, its members were loyal to the Separatists, and had planned to feign surrendering to the Old Republic in order to allow Separatist forces to move in and take the planet after clone trooper forces were pulled out. Darth Sidious instructed Count Dooku to forestall this action, using Troxar as a battleground where Republic forces continued to be killed for no apparent reason.
