this female Miraluka was a native of the colony world of Katarr, until a battle force of Sith wiped out the entire population, but saved her from death. No one ever told her why she was spared, although Visas Marr herself was tortured and bent to the Dark Side of the Force by Darth Nihilus. She rose to power as a Sith devotee, during the years following the Great Sith War. She reappeared on the Ebon Hawk shortly after the Jedi Civil War, and challenged The Exile to a duel. Although he was unarmed, The Exile managed to deactivate her lightsaber and forced her to back down. Visas Marr pleaded for death, but The Exile wouldn't allow it. He then asked her about her Master, hoping to learn more about Darth Sion and the Sith forces he was trying to eliminate. Visas eventually came to trust The Exile, and accompanied him on the mission to rebuild the Jedi Order. When they encountered Darth Nihilus on the Ravager at Telos, Visas tried to give her life to save The Exile, but Darth Nihilus was only interested in The Exile. In the ensuing battle, the combined strength of The Exile and Visas Marr was enough to defeat Darth Nihilus and kill him. For her part in restoring the Jedi Order, Visas Marr was allowed into the Jedi Order, and eventually trained to become a Jedi Knight.
