Tatooine Howler
this large predator was native to the planet Tatooine and was, at first glance, very similar to a bantha. It had a heavy body with curved horns and shaggy fur. However, that was as far as the resemblance went. An extremely intelligent beast, the howler hunted alone and often preserved its prey by drying it in the arid desert environment. Whenever prey could not be found, the howler could dig up a preserved capture to sustain itself. Howlers were solitary creatures that were very rare, and many beings believed them to be nothing more than rumor or legend.
