We had mentioned WonderCon in a couple of previous posts, but I am not sure that we really promoted the event itself. Well here we go...WonderCon is making its triumphant return to San Francisco from February 22nd to the 24th. Held at the Moscone Center South, the event will feature such Star Wars related guests at Peter Mayhew and C. Andrew Nelson. Lets also not forget that the R2 Builders Club will be hosting a panel on the 23rd at 1:30. (As we had posted about here)
Our friend Doug C. wrote in with the following:
"According to the layout on the WonderCon website, Mayhew & Nelson will be sitting next to each other in the Autograph area of the convention floor. Mayhew is always charming and Nelson is a storehouse of knowledge about the Star Wars franchise, visual effects, acting, and the whole film industry. It should be lots of fun having these two next to each other. Oh, and for THX-1138 fans (of which I'm one), Don Pedro Colley will also be at the show."
UPDATE: How about some Star Wars artists? Katie Cook (Topps Star Wars 30th Sketch Cards set) and Tom Hodges (starwars.com/Hyperspace Webstrips, ?You Can Draw Star Wars?, Acme Archives, Topps Star Wars Sketch Cards) will be in attendance at booth D-18. See below for info on Saturday's ?You Can Draw Star Wars? panel that will also include Star Wars artist Matt Busch and author Bonnie Burton.

Thanks Tom!
UPDATE #2: According to Starwars.com, those attending WonderCon might want to make their way to Hall A of the Moscone Center at 5:00 pm on Saturday. Steve Sansweet will be there interviewing Dave Filoni and Catherine Winder of The Clone Wars while also talking Indy, The Force Unleashed and more.
UPDATE #3: Click here for a nice write up at IGN regarding the The Clone Wars from the Lucasfilm panel at WonderCon. Short on time? Then check out the cliff notes below:
-though each of the episodes are decribed as mini-movies, there will be some 2 and 3 parters -Kit Fisto was specifically mentioned to be getting his own episode. -The Clone Wars theatrical release is the first 3 episodes and is a self contained story. -The theatrical release will set up a lot to come in the series and will introduce us to Ashoka. -George Lucas has been extememly involved in all aspects of the show. -you may see a nod here or there to the EU but the focus is on making the show enjoyable for die hard fans and new fans alike -The only footage shown was from the trailer that has been on the main site since May and Dave Filoni's introduction (again, currently on the main site)
Nothing really Earth shattering but any news is good news, right?
Thanks to "Casey the Hutt" for the link.

Rebelscum Breast Cancer Awareness Charity Patch Posted By Philip on November 25, 2014: Thanks to everybody that ordered patches. I sent a check for $1,600.00 to the National Breast Cancer Foundation on Monday. While it's not as much as I hoped for, it's still very much appreciated. They will remain for sale in the store for anybody that still wishes to purchase them. Details after the jump.
