View Poll Archives Tie Fighter Lands In Parade Posted By Mike on July 1, 2007 Sunday’s Crystal Lake Gala Parade (Illinois) will be featuring a 16 by 20 foot float of a Tie Fighter. The article at the Northwest Herald mentions: "Between 15 and 20 people from Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin are expected to don the costumes of three factions of Star Wars characters and march along the TIE fighter. Empirical Stormtroopers will march with rebel allies and lightsaber-wielding Jedi Knights, Whitaker said." "Empirical"...Nicely put. :) Click here for more information.
