There's been a great deal of excellent new stuff appearing in the Hyperspace section at StarWars.com recently, and what that means is that we get to review it.
For those of you who don't know, Hyperspace is the official Star Wars fan club (membership priced $14.95 U.S., terms and conditions apply). Membership brings you a number of benefits, outlined here, and one of these is access to the exclusive Hyperspace section of the StarWars.com website... and thus to a big archive of Star Wars short stories, comics and other material, including a lot of new and unique content.
Recent gems in the past few months have included the brilliance of Xim Week and its exploration of a time before the Old Republic; the joy of a new Charlene Newcomb story continuing the adventures of Alex Winger; and "Death in the Slave Pits of Lorrd", by TF.N's own Adrick Tolliver.
But to start, here's a review of the most recent update to the site: "The Written Word" by John Hazlett, who some of you might know from our message-boards as Ris_jSarek!
Rebelscum Breast Cancer Awareness Charity Patch Posted By Philip on November 25, 2014: Thanks to everybody that ordered patches. I sent a check for $1,600.00 to the National Breast Cancer Foundation on Monday. While it's not as much as I hoped for, it's still very much appreciated. They will remain for sale in the store for anybody that still wishes to purchase them. Details after the jump.
