TFN Review: FATHEAD

Posted By Dustin on July 29, 2007

I remember hearing about FATHEAD getting the license for Star Wars and wondering, who would want giant Star Wars stickers?! Well the answer was obvious after getting some for myself, everyone duh.

The stickers are printed on a thicker high grade vinyl that resists tears, ripping and fading. I have to say I was really impressed with the quality. I received three in one long mailing box and at first I didn't know what it was because I couldn't believe that some stickers could be so heavy.

Once I had them spread across the floor I immediately knew what I was doing with the R2-D2 set. It was to go in my office upstairs. Now what am I going to do with the C-3PO, and Chewbacca? I thought about putting Chewy in a closet or laundry room just to mess with people but of course soon as my little cousins Alex & Zac saw what I had, they wanted some too. Of course being the cool cuz I am, they were soon applied in their bedrooms.

I put all of these pieces up by myself, even though it calls for two people to install in the directions. ( real men don't need directions ) I found that even when I made a mistake applying them that they were really easy to remove, re-adjust and re-apply for that perfect look.

The overall quality and super ease of use makes me give FATHEAD products a full two thumbs up and I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone who has ever contemplated buying one or two.

Highlights
Fatheads last: Thick high-grade vinyl resists tears, rips and fading.
Fatheads move: Peel and place whenever, wherever.
Fatheads stick: No loss of adhesion. No damage to your walls.

Downsides
Limited character availability : Darth Vader, Yoda, Chewbacca, R2-D2, Boba Fett, Stormtrooper, C-3PO.

I'd like to see more Clones!, More Droids! More Aliens! Bounty Hunters? Rogue Squadron? Giant Comic Book Characters?! Vintage themes! Oh man I could go on forever!

Stop by Fathead.com today to see all the great products they have available!

Thanks to everybody that ordered patches. I sent a check for $1,600.00 to the National Breast Cancer Foundation on Monday. While it's not as much as I hoped for, it's still very much appreciated. They will remain for sale in the store for anybody that still wishes to purchase them. Details after the jump.
