Rockie Mountain Fan Force Heads To The Wings Over The Rockies Air Museum
Posted By Mike on July 5, 2007
Kevin C. of the Rockie Mountain Fan Force (LFL/RMFF X-Wing Maintenance Lead) sent in this bit of news...
"On Saturday, July 14th from 10am - 2pm, you'll have the rare opportunity to "pilot" the re-vamped Red Five Incom T-65 X-Wing fighter as seen at CIV III & IV and last year's Disney Star Wars Weekend at the Wings Over The Rockies Air Museum in Denver, CO.
With a little costumed help from the 501st Legion's Mountain Garrison, Rebel Legion, and the Rockie Mountain FanForce, you can have your photo taken (please bring your own camera) with your favorite Star Wars characters for free while checking out the travelling 'Space Adventures" exhibit featuring over 450 pop culture artifacts from Buck Rogers to Disney in Space, all geared toward families. While Mom and Dad will remember popular movies and toys, kids will enjoy over 12 hands-on, educational activities, including building and flying your own rocket in the Museum's 90-foot-high gallery space.
Rebelscum Breast Cancer Awareness Charity Patch Posted By Philip on November 25, 2014: Thanks to everybody that ordered patches. I sent a check for $1,600.00 to the National Breast Cancer Foundation on Monday. While it's not as much as I hoped for, it's still very much appreciated. They will remain for sale in the store for anybody that still wishes to purchase them. Details after the jump.
