You may remember the news post we made recently of LEGO Star Wars: The Original Trilogy Video Game, an official sequel to last years hit title. Well, while it has yet to be officially confirmed, according to our friends at IGN, LucasArts will indeed publish the sequel. They will replace Eidos as distributor's, while Traveller's Tales will continue their good work on the project. An official press release is rumoured to hit media circles in the next few weeks, so keep an ear out. In the meantime, cross those fingers. We wants it!

I ( Dustin ) wanted to add a few words to Mark's follow up to our earlier post, which was removed by request of Xbox magazine. Apparently the announcement is coming, just when and where is the question. Now onto more supporting information that this game is coming. According to domain registration records, Lucasfilm owns the domain www.legostarwars2.com and has it currently pointing to the offcial website, www.starwars.com!
