UPDATE: TFN reader John was nice enough to send over a post-event report, with some images, from Martino Junior High School's second annual Toys for Tots Star Wars Museum:
"My name is John Wettergren and I teach at Martino Junior High School in New Lenox, Illinois. I just wanted to provide an update on the Star Wars Episode II Toys for Tots Museum that was sponsored by our student council last weekend. Once again, the two day fundraiser was a huge success. We took in over $2000 in monetary donations, along with two large refrigerator boxes filled with toys for all the little Twi'lek girls and Wookie boys! We want to thank everyone for participating in this worthy cause, including members of the Chicago-land 501st Legion, who stopped by to take pictures (and color pictures) with Star Wars fans of all ages! Have a great holiday season and May the Force be with You!"
Rebelscum Breast Cancer Awareness Charity Patch Posted By Philip on November 25, 2014: Thanks to everybody that ordered patches. I sent a check for $1,600.00 to the National Breast Cancer Foundation on Monday. While it's not as much as I hoped for, it's still very much appreciated. They will remain for sale in the store for anybody that still wishes to purchase them. Details after the jump.
