CNN's Becky Anderson recently sat down with George Lucas and Disney's Executive Vice President & Senior Creative Executive Tom Fitzgerald to talk about the new Star Tours: The Adventures Continue ride that opened to the public one month ago. In this interview, while answering a question about when we might see him back in the director's chair again, George casually mentions that he's working on a new television series titled "Star Wars: Detours". With the live-action series on hold, an animated Star Wars LEGO television special coming soon, and the vaguely-discussed second animated television series that George is working on with Seth Green on the horizon, it will be interesting to see what exactly this turns out to be.
Another interesting tidbit worth noting is that the website ComputerAndVideoGames.com reported in February that the title Star Wars: Detours had actually been trademarked by Lucasfilm and was thought to be the title of the next video game spin-off. You can find that full article here.

They will remain for sale in the store for anybody that still wishes to purchase them. Details after the jump.
