TF.N have recieved some interesting spoiler news on the upcoming Star Wars novel Inferno. I'm not entirely sure how much we can trust this information, but there's a general point in it which I think is very valid.
The gist of it is that the spoilers doing the rounds around the internet aren't complete. Some important details have been missed out, and even some fairly major plot-points in the book may have been overlooked.
Whether or not this is accurate, I can't say. But regardless of that, I think there's still an important point here. Spoilers can mislead you, directing the discussion to focus on non-issues, and creating misconceptions in people's minds that can skew their POVs in the long term.
In short, don't place too much weight on the spoilers. If you're wanting to comment intelligently on this book, wait for it to appear first, and read it for yourself. Treat anything you might be reading in the fansphere right now with caution.
Maybe avoid the spoiler threads altogether, in fact. They may be a path to the dark side....
Rebelscum Breast Cancer Awareness Charity Patch Posted By Philip on November 25, 2014: Thanks to everybody that ordered patches. I sent a check for $1,600.00 to the National Breast Cancer Foundation on Monday. While it's not as much as I hoped for, it's still very much appreciated. They will remain for sale in the store for anybody that still wishes to purchase them. Details after the jump.
