Wth the excitement at now having an official title for Indiana Jones and the Kingdon of the Crystal Skull, MTV.com has a post in which Harvard lecturer, Dr. Marc Zender gives his expert take on the meaning of the title and crystal skulls. More interesting is that Aintitcool.com looks to have some juicy spoilers from one of their sources who is in the movie. Hope George and Steven don't read what he has to pass along. It appears a lot of the rumors we have been hearing regarding the Soviets involvement, Cate Blanchett as a villian and the South American jungle locations could be true. UPDATE #4: According to a new post over at Ainitcool.com, some of the rumors we have heard about plot points tying in with Raiders of the Lost Ark may be true. One of their sources reports that production is currently underway at the Downey soundstages with a reproduction of the warehouse from the end of Raiders.
UPDATE #5: Friend of TFN, Jamie G., wrote to let us knwo that Indy 4 will be doing a bit of filming at Eagle Field near Dos Palos,CA as well as Fresno's chandler airport. According to an article at ABC30.com the Fresno airport is being prepped to look like an airport in Mexico City. Click here for all of the details.

UPDATE #9: Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull co-producer Frank Marshall spoke with USA Today about the upcoming film coinciding with the release of the Indy 4 teaser poster. -Indy 4 is set in 1957 and Indiana Jones has aged 19 years since Crusade. -His race for the Crystal Skull pits him against the Soviets and Cate Blanchett as Soviet Agent Spalko. -Ray Winstone plays an unethical rival archeologist. -Look for alien powers to come into play in regards to the Crystal Skull.
