In the lead-up to last night's premiere of The Clone Wars Season 3, news broke that Cartoon Network had censored the second episode, ARC Troopers.

"I asked about [the footage], and Joel Aron (the CG supervisor) and Dave Filoni [...] told me that they found out that Cartoon Network insisted on cutting it while at Celebration V and they were pretty sad about it. They also told me that this was the first instance Cartoon Network ever specifically censored a moment in the show."

As is pointed out at the above link, this footage is expected to be included in the version of ARC Troopers that comes with the DVD and Blu-Ray sets.
