Lawrence Noble, the sculptor who created the likeness of Yoda which graces the courtyard at the Lucasfilm offices at the Presidio in San Francisco, will be creating art at Celebration IV in Los Angeles this May.
But what is even better is that one lucky attendee of the convention will have the lifesize bust of Obi-Wan Kenobi from the Original Trilogy gracing their home.
Noble plans on sculpting a life-size head-and-shoulders bust of the revered Jedi Master, during the convention. The bust will be cast in bronze after the convention and shipped to the lucky winner's home.
Fans will be able to watch the art come to life as well as chat with the artist as he creates.
More can be read about Noble and his art on the Official Site here.
Rebelscum Breast Cancer Awareness Charity Patch Posted By Philip on November 25, 2014: Thanks to everybody that ordered patches. I sent a check for $1,600.00 to the National Breast Cancer Foundation on Monday. While it's not as much as I hoped for, it's still very much appreciated. They will remain for sale in the store for anybody that still wishes to purchase them. Details after the jump.
