Our friend Tim of the Belgian Star Wars fanclub sent word that TK Magazine #58 is now available...
"TK Magazine 58 has turned into an issue with several important subjects. It has an extensive review about the SW Saga Blu ray box (and TCW Season 3 Blu ray) and a unique portrait made by Shawn Sheehan of Biggs Darklighter as the cover image. We've interviewed actor Garrick Hagon (Biggs) and added a biography about Biggs to put the character rightfully in the spotlights.
Another theme used in this magazine is 'water'. The backcover, drawn by Sofie Uvin and Jeffrey Van Hove, features the Battle of Mon Calamari and the magazine has articles about Dac (Mon Cala) and the known Mon Calamari from the movies and television spin-offs. Water and waterplanets were the themes used for our PK folder, directed towards our younger members.
TK Magazine 58 also features an interview with John Jackson Miller about his work and it concludes the comic-jubilee of 2011 with the post-prequel era (2006 - 2011). Of course, the first episodes of 'The Clone Wars' Season 4 are reviewed as are a lot of interesting books, including the Millennium Falcon Owner's Workshop Manual, The Clone Wars Incredible Vehicles and the Darth Vader 3D Reconstruction Log. 'Classic Cartoons' analyses the episode from 'Droids', 'A Race to the Finish', and the introduction to 'Music for a Galaxy' is the start of a recurring series about the soundtracks of the movies in the upcoming issues.
Rebelscum Breast Cancer Awareness Charity Patch Posted By Philip on November 25, 2014: Thanks to everybody that ordered patches. I sent a check for $1,600.00 to the National Breast Cancer Foundation on Monday. While it's not as much as I hoped for, it's still very much appreciated. They will remain for sale in the store for anybody that still wishes to purchase them. Details after the jump.
