5th Annual Star Wars Night With The Buffalo Bisons Posted By Mike on May 15, 2012
The GFFA will descend on a Buffalo Bisons minor league baseball game for the 5th year in a row according to the announcement at MILB.com:
"Coca-Cola Field will once again serve as the battlefield as the Rebel Alliance combine with Jedi Warriors to battle the evil forces of the dark side.
The Bisons 5th Annual Star Wars Night, presented by Alfred State College, is set for Saturday, June 9 (special game time 6:05p.m.) as the Bisons host the Norfolk StormTroopers, er...we mean, Tides.
The Saga continues with another episode in 2012. There will be specialized Bisons jerseys worn by the team during the game and then autographed and auctioned off to benefit the American Heart Association o get the best value at Coca-Cola Field, Chip may no longer be frozen in carbonite, but the story takes a new twist with video features on the BisonsTV scoreboard. Then after the game, stay for a great on-field battle scene before a fantastic post game fireworks show.
Gates open at 5:00 p.m. so make sure you come early and check out the Character Appearances throughout the concourse. Members of The North Ridge, Garrison Excelsior and Echo Base will all be here, so grab a picture and get an autograph in the concourse before the game. Better yet, show off your own costume and come dressed for the big game!

I sent a check for $1,600.00 to the National Breast Cancer Foundation on Monday. While it's not as much as I hoped for, it's still very much appreciated.
