"If you see some strange-looking characters walking around the Madison Street Festival this year, don't worry. The city is NOT being invaded by unfriendly aliens.

In fact, they are very friendly people who might even be your next-door-neighbor since many are from Madison and Huntsville, along with some from Nashville and Birmingham.

The 501st Legion, an all-volunteer organization formed to bring costume enthusiasts together under a collective identity, will be out in force Saturday with between 10 and 15 people dressed as storm troopers, Darth Vader and maybe even a Jedi or two, according to Jamey Ethridge, a member of the group."
