501st LEGION MEMORABILIA TO BE AUCTIONED OFF FOR CHARITY DURING COMIC-CON INTERNATIONAL
San Diego, California - Terri Hodges, wife of the Star Wars artist Tom Hodges, has announced the auction of the 501st Legion Patch Quilt to benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation. This quilt will feature patches donated exclusively from the celebrated 501st Legion of Stormtroopers at this year's Comic-Con International in San Diego. The proceeds of the auction will benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation, showcasing another landmark collaboration between the 501st Legion and the Star Wars community that will benefit this fantastic charity. The quilt will be on display for the entirety of the show; however, bidding will take place using the popular auction website eBay.com. Compromised of 92 patches, this quilt is going to be a must have for any collector of Star Wars memorabilia and will mark a major milestone in Star Wars fandom. Many methods for the auction were considered, but with the help of her husband's eBay store, Terri decided that the online auction was the best way to go; allowing for attendees (and non-attendees) access to this exciting opportunity. The auction will open the week of Comic-Con and close on Monday, July 28th . Any questions regarding the auction can be sent directly to Sarah Pugliaresi at charityquilt@501st.com.

Rebelscum Breast Cancer Awareness Charity Patch Posted By Philip on November 25, 2014: Thanks to everybody that ordered patches. I sent a check for $1,600.00 to the National Breast Cancer Foundation on Monday. While it's not as much as I hoped for, it's still very much appreciated. They will remain for sale in the store for anybody that still wishes to purchase them. Details after the jump.
