British retail giant Dixons, which owns the Currys and PC World chains, has signed a deal with Lucasfilm for new advertisements using the marketing power of the galaxy far, far away.
The multi-million marketing drive is designed to highlight improvements in customer service at the firm?s Currys and PC World chains.
The first ad, during this Saturday?s X Factor on ITV1, recreates the infamous scene from Return of the Jedi where Vader inspects progress of the Death Star ? although in this case it?s staff training at a Currys store in Thurrock.
