The Chicago Sun-Times recently caught up with Ewan McGregor as he promotes his new film Salmon Fishing In Yemen. In the interview, which you can read here, Ewan touches on being surprised by the Episode I 3D release, how it feels like filming TPM was such a long time ago, and how he appreciates the re-release, if nothing else, for the promotion of the theatrical experience. ?Actors and directors go to a great deal of trouble shooting films to be seen on the big screen,? McGregor says. ?I don?t want it to be a dying art. I don?t want cinemas to go the way of bookstores and record shops.
