Remember The Indy 4 Extra Who Squealed?

You might remember from our post here, the Indiana Jones 4 extra who decided to break his confidentiality agreement and give away lots of juicy details from his time working on the film. Well, extra Tyler Nelson settled in court with Lucasfilm yesterday on the grounds that he "knowingly violated the confidentiality agreement he signed as a condition of his employment when he gave an interview to a newspaper" according to Lucasfilm. Terms of the settlement are being kept confidential.
