The Bloodfin Garrision of the 501st recently attended a Star Wars event at the Lake Station/New Chicago Branch of the Lake County Public Library in Indiana and were a hit as usual.
"Events that day included a multiple-choice trivia game. Winners received prizes, including a mug, books and red light sabers.
The villains gave trading cards, which included name, tours of duty, weapon, vehicle and other information regarding their character.
Guest were given an Imperial Cadet training manual, with games such as species and ship identification, transmission decoding, coloring page, word scramble and more.
Portage resident Mason Pendergrass, 3, came with his parents, Ryan and Trisha. He donned a Darth Vader mask and carried a red light saber that day.
"I got to talk with Darth Vader. I'm going to be him for Halloween," Mason said. "When I grow up I want to be an ARC trooper."'
