The Future Of Star Wars Miniatures

We've got some info on what fans can look forward to for the Star Wars Miniatures game in 2006.

Here's some info on the next two sets, Champions of the Force, and Bounty Hunters. The work is pretty much done on both sets and although they are due out until next year, here is some info to wet out appitites until then:

There will be two new Darth Vaders, one in each set.

Bounty Hunters will include some very obscure characters that are pretty obscure.

There are two figures in Champions that cost MORE that Darth Vader, Jedi Hunter!

There will be 11 Huge figure in Bounty Hunters.

Galactic Conquest is the current working title of the starships game. At this early stage in the design process, it is intended to be a separate standalone product.

The Rebel Alliance faction gets a big jump in force power in Bounty Hunters.

If you like Expanded Universe, 2006 is for you. 2007 won't feature the EU as prominently.
