Ken is a crazy Canuck, who decided at age eleven to become a graphic novelist, even though the term itself had yet to be coined. He's written and illustrated Star Wars storybooks, comics, covers, and more for a quarter century, while also creating his own IP -- including the graphic novels Night and the Enemy (stories by Harlan Ellison), The Sacred & the Profane (with co-creator Dean Motter) and Tempus Fugitive (solo). He believes that specialization is for insects, and his favorite color is currently sanguine, as is his demeanor. Though they disagree about which is the best Star Wars episode, he is still happily married to author/illustrator Joan Thornborrow Steacy, and they have two very creative sons, Alex and Raymond.
