New Character For Episode VII?

There is the possibility of a new "semi-important" character being introduced in Episode VII.

A spy close to the VS team has said that he's caught wind of a character named (SPOILER ALERT--HIGHLIGHT TO READ) Ovan Marakel. Marakel is said to possibly be a Jedi or Jedi-in-training who will see some action in Episode VII.
