Qui-gon
Jinn and Obi-Wan Kenobi in the conference room on the Federation Battleship.
They are looking out of the window to the green planet of Naboo. This must
be right after they entered the room, because later, when TC-3 returns,
they are sitting at a table. This might be the moment when the two Jedi
have their "I have a bad feeling about this" "I don't feel anything" dialogue.

This
scene might follow right after the previous one: Nute, Rune Haako and Dofine
(the Neimodidian with the green robes who seems to leave the conversation),
are asking Darth Sidious what they should do with the two Jedi.

This,
of course, is the scene in which Qui-Gon pushes Jar-Jar into the mud to
prevent them from getting crushed by the MTT's.

This
is Obi-Wan swimming under water. He and Qui-Gon follow Jar-jar to the underwater
city of Otoh Gunga.

R2-D2
is presented to the Queen after he has repaired the ship after it was damaged
during the escape from Naboo. He's probably cleaned during the trip to
Tatooine, because in the pictures of the Tatooine scenes, he's shining
and looking pristine again.

This
could be just before Qui-Gon, Jar-Jar and the others descend the ramp of
the Queen's ship after the landing on Tatooine. Note that Qui-Gon is already
dressed as a farmer, and he seems to give some last words of advice to
Obi-Wan.

This
is probably the moment that Anakin shows the droid he built to Padmé.
R2 is there too. In this funny scene, R2 tells C-3PO that he thinks 3PO
looks 'somewhat naked'. Of course, 3PO reacts with indignation.

Darth
Maul's ship after it has landed outside Mos Espa during the night. Notice
how the wings are folded in this picture.

A
small hologram of the Queen's ship. We know that Qui-Gon makes a deal with
Watto: if Anakin wins the Pod Race, they'll get the parts needed for the
repairs, if not, Watto gets the Queen's ship. This might be the moment
that Qui-Gon shows Watto the ship (since it landed outside Mos Espa, Watto
hasn't seen it for real).

This
must be right after the fierce fight between Qui-Gon Jinn and Darth Maul.
Qui-Gon is exhausted and lies on the floor of theQueen's spaceship. Anakin,
who had already entered the ship, arrives with Obi-Wan.

Qui-Gon
probably tells them about the mysterious dark Jedi that surprised him.
In this scene, Anakin is presented to Obi-Wan by Qui-Gon, like we saw in
the trailer.

Obi-Wan
and Qui-Gon Jinn presenting Anakin to the Jedi Council. Seeing that the
background is pretty dark, this scene might be the final (negative) verdict
of the Jedi Council regarding Anakin. It's already evening then. In Trailer
A there's a shot of somone putting his hand on Anakin's shoulder. That
might be Qui-Gon as a sign of support for Anakin while he hears that he's
rejected for the Jedi training.
